I joined Computrition back in 2006 on the Support team. Before coming to Computrition, I was a user of the software for three years, where I worked on managing recipes, items, and menus. That was how I first learned the software.
Working in Support, I learned so much more because you need to know the software and how to troubleshoot it when customers are not getting the desired results.
I worked in Support until 2009, when I joined the ARM team, taking all I learned from the Support team to assist my accounts as their ARM rep. Since 2021 I have been a Sr. ARM rep, specializing in our retail software solution SuitePoint!
